Gennye Lion Rainbow Anderzon is the founder of the ARCHE Institute™ and originator of its body of work. She mentors leaders, founders and CEO's navigating the intersection of consciousness, leadership, and human evolution — supporting those shaping what comes next to lead with clarity, responsibility, and embodied intelligence.
For over two decades, she has worked in the fields of consciousness, embodiment, and human transformation, guiding thousands through deep personal, psychological, emotional, and spiritual recalibration.
Her role is not to fix people — but to restore access to their own leadership intelligence — the capacity to see clearly, decide precisely, and act from grounded authority.

Credentials and Lineage
Gennye Lion Rainbow Anderzon has completed extensive training and certification across healing, embodiment, consciousness, and leadership disciplines since 1999, including Divine Healing Master Key Levels 1–5, Soul Contract Reading Levels 1–3, shamanic journeying, advanced energetic systems, trauma-informed bodywork, business and leadership training, and conscious entrepreneurship education in Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Her work is informed by global teachers and traditions, and brought together through a grounded, discerning, and deeply embodied methodology.
