Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 June 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website, programmes, coaching, training, workshops, events, digital resources, memberships and services offered by The ARCHE Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, registering for an event, downloading a resource, purchasing a programme or engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
2. Who we are
The ARCHE Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides leadership education, coaching, training, workshops, digital resources, events and related services.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is:
Legal business name: The ARCHE Institute
Trading name: The ARCHE Institute
Registered address: 67 Ellesmere Road, Weybridge, KT13 0HW
Email: hello@thearcheinstitute.com
Website: https://thearcheinstitute.com
3. Our services
The ARCHE Institute provides educational, developmental and professional services, which may include leadership training, culture and performance programmes, coaching, workshops, digital materials, group sessions, events, mentoring and consultancy.
The exact scope, content, duration, price, delivery method and any additional terms for a service will be described on the relevant sales page, proposal, order form, invoice or written agreement.
We may reasonably update or improve programme content, delivery methods, facilitators, schedules, or supporting materials where this does not materially reduce the core value of the purchased service.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over and organisations acting through authorised representatives. By purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Bookings, orders and payment
When you place an order, submit a booking or accept a proposal, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant service. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your booking, enrolment or payment, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. All prices will be shown clearly before purchase and may be stated exclusive or inclusive of VAT, as specified at checkout, on the invoice or in the proposal. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Where a payment plan is offered, each payment must be made on the agreed due date.
Failure to make payment may result in access being suspended or removed until the account is brought up to date.
You remain responsible for all payments due under an agreed payment plan, subject to your statutory rights and any written cancellation terms agreed with us.
6. Digital content and immediate access
Where you purchase digital content, recordings, online materials, a membership area or immediate programme access, we may begin supplying the content immediately after purchase. Where applicable, you will be asked at checkout to give express consent for immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this may affect or remove your statutory right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
7. Cancellation, refunds and rescheduling
Digital products and self-study programmes
Where you receive immediate access to digital content and have provided the required express consent and acknowledgement at checkout, refunds may not be available once access has begun, except where required by law or where the content is faulty or not as described.
Coaching, consultancy, training and live programmes
Because places, preparation time and delivery capacity may be limited, fees for live services are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing. If you cancel a live service or programme, we may consider a transfer to a later programme, a credit, a substitute attendee, or an alternative arrangement at our discretion. Any such arrangement is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.
Rescheduling
Where a coaching session or meeting is included in your service, you must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice may be treated as used, except in exceptional circumstances.
Events
Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event sales page or required by law. We may allow a ticket transfer to another attendee if requested in writing before the event and where reasonably practical.
Our cancellation of a service
If we cancel a paid service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered part of that service.
8. Your responsibilities
To gain the best benefit from our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Attend sessions, meetings or events on time where applicable.
Engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators, team members and other participants.
Keep your login details, programme materials and access links secure.
Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, implementation and results.
Ensure you have suitable internet access, devices and software for online delivery where relevant.
Obtain any approvals required by your employer, organisation or team before applying programme learning within your workplace.
We reserve the right to suspend or end access without refund where behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful, materially disruptive, infringes intellectual property rights or creates a risk to other participants or our team.
9. No guarantee of outcomes
We are committed to providing high-quality education, coaching and development support. However, outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual engagement, organisational context, implementation, decision-making, leadership support and external circumstances.
We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, cultural, leadership, performance, employment, wellbeing or organisational result.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, forecasts, or illustrations are provided for informational purposes only. They are not promises or guarantees that you or your organisation will achieve the same or similar results.
10. Not medical, legal, financial or therapeutic advice
Our services are educational, developmental and coaching-based. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, HR, investment or regulated professional advice. You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where needed. You remain responsible for decisions relating to health, employment, business, finance, legal matters, safeguarding, workplace processes and organisational change. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, medical emergency or immediate risk of harm, please contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare services rather than relying on our services.
11. Confidentiality
We will treat information shared with us in the course of providing services as confidential, subject to legal obligations, safeguarding duties, professional advice, our Privacy Policy and the terms of any separate agreement.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants. You must not share another participant’s personal, business or sensitive information outside a session, programme or event without their express permission. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently obtained lawfully, required to be disclosed by law, or necessary to protect someone from a serious risk of harm.
12. Intellectual property
All materials provided by The ARCHE Institute—including programme content, recordings, frameworks, templates, written materials, videos, worksheets, presentations, branding, graphics and resources—remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. When you purchase a service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own internal learning or your organisation’s internal use, as specified in the relevant service.
You must not, without our written permission:
Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit our materials.
Share your login details, access links, recordings or paid resources with anyone not authorised to access them.
Record sessions, calls or events.
Remove copyright, branding or proprietary notices.
Present our materials as your own work.
13. Recordings and testimonials
We may record live calls, workshops or events where this has been made clear to participants in advance. Recordings may be provided to attendees or used for internal training, quality assurance or programme delivery. We will ask for your permission before using your identifiable testimonial, image, video or case study publicly, unless you have already provided clear written permission.
14. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, gain unauthorised access to, copy from or misuse the website, its systems, content or users. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ARCHE Institute will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation, loss arising from third-party services, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising from a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Third-party platforms and links
Our services may use third-party platforms, including payment providers, video-call platforms, booking systems, course platforms, and social media services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies or acts of those third parties.
Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for their content or services.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you make a purchase or use a service will usually apply to that purchase or use, unless a change is required by law or is necessary to address an urgent security, operational or legal issue.
18. Complaints
We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. Please send any complaint in writing to:
Please include your name, the service involved, the date of purchase or booking, and a clear description of the issue.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. If you are acting in the course of business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
